Sandwich Recipe

Origin

A sandwich is a sustenance item comprising of at least one type of nourishment, for example, vegetables, cut cheddar or meat, set on or between pieces of bread, or any other dish wherein at least two bits of bread serve as a holder or wrapper for some other sustenance item. The sandwich was initially a portable nourishment thing or finger sustenance which started to be popular in the Western World. Today sandwiches in different variants are found around the world.

Sandwiches are a prominent sort of lunch nourishment, taken to work, school, or picnics to be eaten as a feature of a packed lunch. The bread can be utilized plain, or it can be covered with at least one sauce, for example, mayonnaise or mustard to upgrade the flavors and texture.

Ingredients

·         Chicken: 300 grams, boneless
·         Bread Slices: 8
·         Butter: 50 grams
·         Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
·         National Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
·         Lettuce Leaves: As required
·         Tomatoes: 2, sliced
·         National Salt: As required
·         Cucumber: 1, sliced
·         Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon
·         Coal: 1 piece
·         National Tikka Masala: 1 tablespoon
·         National Tomato Ketchup: To serve with

Method

Flatten the chicken portions with a moving pin and rub them with a blend of National Tikka Masala, garlic glue and salt.

Leave for 30 minutes.

Warm 1 tbsp of spread and cook the chicken until brown and crisp at the edges.
Evacuate the chicken portions to a huge bowl and smoke with coal – put a bit of sparkling coal in a little dish, stuff the dish in the center of the chicken, shower the coal with oil and cover everything firmly for 5 minutes.

At that point chop the smoked chicken into little portions and blend with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise.

Toast the bread cuts.

Spread 4 cuts first with margarine and after that the chicken blend.
Top with cucumber, tomato and lettuce leaves and complete with the rest of the bread.

Serve it with National Tomato Ketchup.
